About Regeesta
What does Regeesta do?
Regeesta is a technology-driven events services company. We offer event registration, attendee tracking, ticketing, on-site badge production, visitor and guest logging, and event apps and websites.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
We are based in Accra, Ghana, and serve organisations across Ghana and beyond.
Can I use just one service?
Yes. Each service can be used on its own, and they are designed to work together when you need more.
Registration & Check-In
How does QR check-in work?
Each registrant receives a unique QR code. Staff scan it on arrival to confirm registration and mark attendance, and the name badge prints instantly.
Can I see attendance in real time?
Yes. Real-time attendance dashboards show you who has registered and who has arrived.
Can I contact attendees through Regeesta?
Yes. Email, SMS and WhatsApp outreach tools are available for invitations, reminders and follow-ups.
Badges & Lanyards
Can lanyards and badges be customised?
Yes. Choose pre-designed options or fully bespoke lanyards and badges matched to your brand.
How are badges printed?
Durable, print-on-demand badges are generated at check-in.
Ticketing & Payments
Can attendees pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. Attendees can pay with MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or a Visa or Mastercard card, including international cards.
How are tickets verified?
E-tickets include a QR code that is validated at the door.
Visitor Log
Is visitor data secure?
Yes. Data is handled with strict access controls and clear retention policies.
Will hosts know when their visitor arrives?
Yes. Hosts are notified when a visitor signs in.
Reliability & Support
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Reliability is central to how Regeesta works. Check-in keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns, we build in redundancy, and we provide on-site support.
